$9,500,000,000 - that's just sitting around in cash with no long term debt. I think Apple's got plenty of "stamina"...
Yes however MS can try and fight it out for much longer, they have about 3 times that in cash and no long term debt as well. I can see this makeing some really kick a** iPods.

Hey Hey Hey, what gives?:p
Moyank24's vote for me especially hurts me- you cut me deeply :( When people were voting for you and momentum was gaining against you, I made sure to mention that YOU were a cleared Villager in the last game when I was Seer.
NathanMuir, I understand. When I was WW in the game two games back, I think I killed you off. Sorry about that. I guess you carry a grudge, lol!
* Never mind, questions deleted- I just re-read the OP *
Just to be spiteful, I'm going to vote for NathanMuir, simply because he is voting for me. Neener Neener!!
The pain will go away. And I promise that if the seer ever clears you, I won't vote for you.

I hope microsoft has the name 'iBox' trademarked.. wouldn't want apple to ever make an iBox...

which AT&T representative said that this is normal?
Oh, I see, it was a technician writing a repair report.
so it is normal. this does not mean that anyone, technician or CEO, said it is acceptable. the technicians notes, imho, seem to merely state that the phone works as expected, normally, regardless of the networks issues.
maybe i have a problem because i do not live in NYC or SF, drop very few calls. Forgive me for being sympathetic. Albeit premature, I haven't yet had my hissy fit that I blame on the world not being the one I invented in my workshop.

but he is doing what he wants with his life because it is... his life, and he seems to be making some pretty strong arguments.

Interesting view.
It is true that Society seems to own each and every one of us, as soon as we are conceived.
Keep that nose to the grind-stone, and work till you die.
Oh, and no suicide attempts, please. We own your body, and we'll tell you when we are finished with it.
</devil's advocate>
More Sheen madness. Just slightly alarming.
"I was knocked unconscious and required medical attention, including a CAT scan."
I wonder if they found anything?? ;) Meow.

Two weeks ago the dude was going wide open doing "7 gram rocks" as he admits ... he's bound to be pretty strange acting about now ... especially if he's drug free according to the drug test he did on air.
Overdose or suicide wouldn't surprise me, he hasn't ruled out doing drugs again, actually sounds like he looks forward to it ...
Delusional and having a meltdown for sure, very sad.
Chemicals are bad.

Seriously, why not an Imac with touch-screen right now? Will we need to wait for the next iMac update to see this technology implemented?
Are you serious? Even if you were to put X on a big enough display so you could easily use it as a touchscreen, you're arm will die of fatigue in minutes. If you want a near touchscreen like experience with your new iMac, try a Magic Mouse or a Magic Trackpad.

Steve Jobs knew about this in January... this says a lot about his vision. I'm confident that he is already well-prepared for this and has something up his sleeve to counter it.
There will NOT be a sudden exodus to Argo from iPod. If it ever happens, it will be gradual and easy to fix.
Sounds a bit like the CEO of Sony when the Xbox was released...lets just hope microsoft doesn't do to this industry leader what it did to Sony

I'll say it before, and I'll say it again, this is a critical time for Apple and it's no time to be an Apple apologist. It's time to hold Apple's feet to the fire. Being soft on them isn't helping them. It's just enabling them not to realize their full potential.
OSX is good, but that's no reason for complacency. If Apple doesn't work out these bugs (and I know of more than a few irritating ones, besides the kernal vulnerabilities) it's not going to remain a quality product.

Actually, the irony is that the people who are looking at you and judging you based on your phone are the snobs.
thats true... whats with people judging others by the phones they use, or the products they love... thats worst than judging a book by its cover...

I'm going to assume it doesn't mean that you actually control the thing without touching it, rather it just makes the wheel disappear when you aren't holding it. That seems to be a more useful idea.
I mean, otherwise, it's a useless feature, except to prevent screen scratching.

What's with all the developers that won't do Universal Apps?
If you're supporting both platforms anyway, it's actually far less code, and less testing to just do a Universal App. (I know, I've done two of them so far.)
